Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in penetration testing, ideally seven (7) years.
- Demonstrated experience in management or as a team leader, handling projects and assignments under tight time constraints.
- Proficient in continuous penetration testing methodologies.
- Skilled in planning and executing Red Team engagements.
- Experience with IoT device penetration testing techniques.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Application penetration testing.
- Background in Federal and Commercial Cloud technology penetration testing.
- Competence in conducting High Value Asset Assessments.
- Understanding of Red, Blue, and Purple Team evaluation processes.
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
- Expertise in OSSTMM, OWASP, NIST, PTES, and ISSAF methodologies.
- Proficient with various toolsets for information gathering and conducting thorough penetration tests.
- Must possess GPEN or GXPN certification along with one of the following: GRTP, CRTL, OSCP, CRTP, CMWAPT, CEPT, CPT, LPT.
- Must have or be capable of obtaining CISA AES HVA Assessment Lead or Technical Lead certification.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct penetration tests on a variety of systems, networks, and applications.
- Lead and manage Red Team engagements, ensuring thorough execution and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to assess and enhance security posture.
- Continuously evaluate and improve penetration testing methodologies and practices.
- Provide detailed reports on test findings, including vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and security trends to inform testing strategies.
- Train and mentor junior team members in penetration testing techniques and best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand their security needs and objectives.
