Requirements
Must:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes (incident, change, asset management)
- Proficient in using ticketing systems such as JIRA and other platforms
- Background in customer service within a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-user support, guidance, and assistance for enterprise software licenses addressing business and technical needs
- Prioritize customer inquiries based on urgency and impact while ensuring high accuracy and maintaining a low ticketing queue
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues across all major Enterprise Software licenses and environments
- Communicate effectively with customers at various levels to resolve issues and provide updates
- Collaborate with System Administrators to address complex problems and notify government leads of potential risks promptly
- Independently identify, research, and resolve technical challenges
- Document, track, and oversee the success of issue resolution for timely outcomes
- Simulate or recreate user challenges to troubleshoot operational difficulties
- Suggest system alterations to minimize user issues
- Provide updates to leadership through written reports or during daily/weekly meetings
