IT Project Lead - Agile, Cloud

- Supervise the entire lifecycle of complex IT programs and projects, focusing on integrating and utilizing emerging technologies within the organization, while serving as the primary contact when necessary. - Actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to accurately manage expectations and align project objectives. - Early identification of potential risks and implementation of effective mitigation strategies, including development of comprehensive response plans to secure project success. - Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, key risks or blockers, and upcoming strategic initiatives. - Possess general knowledge of Government budgeting and procurement to assist government leads with internal investment projects. - Clearly define project scope, formulate detailed execution plans, establish attainable milestones, and manage all allocated resources efficiently. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality final products, conducting thorough post-project evaluations to wrap up all activities. - Maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with client and federal IT governance frameworks. - Offer strategic guidance for all overseen projects, emphasizing sustained effectiveness and overall viability. - Employ project management best practices that align with client frameworks and industry standards. - Develop and implement outreach campaigns, engaging effectively with key stakeholders.
