- A college degree or a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (with MIFI if the degree is from outside Canada).
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience with deep expertise in .NET.
- Proven experience with SQL Server.
- Experience in Agile development (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficient in French, both spoken and written.
- Residing in Quebec with Canadian nationality, permanent residency, or a valid work permit.
- Strong skills in C# and ASP.NET, as well as .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks.
- Extensive knowledge of RESTful web services and communication protocols.
- Practical experience with SQL Server (schema design, complex queries, performance optimization).
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of cloud development standards.
- Solid skills in object-oriented design, design patterns, and best coding practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust and secure .NET applications, primarily using C# and ASP.NET.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Participate in development iterations within an Agile framework.
- Implement security measures in line with government standards (authentication, authorization, encryption, protection against attacks).
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance the performance and quality of applications.
- Produce high-quality code that is well-documented and adheres to best practices.

Description
We are seeking 14 junior .NET developers for a 3-year contract, offering 4 weeks of paid vacation plus 13 public holidays each year, along with collective insurance benefits.
