Requirements

- Excellent communication skills for explaining features to partners and stakeholders
- Experience with post-mortem evaluations of escalated issues and implementing improvements
- Relationship-building skills with vendors and third parties
- Knowledge of hardware and software performance data analysis
Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and experiences to boost overall satisfaction across all touchpoints
- Research, document, prioritize, and address customer issues using internal tools and collaborative efforts
- Provide technical support while updating training materials for both internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, even after standard business hours
- Collaborate with system architects and developers to ensure alignment with technical strategies
- Transform large data sets into actionable insights and work with Product Engineering on improvements
- Make strategic decisions concerning technology design based on collaborative evaluations
- Recommend enhancements to existing escalation and business processes
- Explain product features to network partners and internal stakeholders
- Assist developers in troubleshooting integrations and ensure issues are thoroughly resolved
- Create or refine processes and procedures for incident prediction and prevention
- Build trustworthy relationships with vendors and engage third parties appropriately
- Participate in validating third-party equipment and software for solutions and service delivery
- Conduct evaluations of escalated issues to drive corrective actions with Product Engineering
- Analyze hardware and software performance data for effective service ticket creation or product initiatives
