Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, database support, reporting, automation, or related technical/business solution delivery
- Experience supporting Federal or state agencies or large, complex organizations
- Active Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance, with the ability to maintain eligibility
- Proficiency with data analysis/programming tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, R, Scala, or Visual Basic
- Experience in developing and maintaining data products like databases, dashboards, and analytic reports
- Proven ability to direct data deliverables and interact with Government stakeholders
- Familiarity with modern data and automation environments, including tools like Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform
- Exposure to OCR, AI/ML concepts, and large language models in a business environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and operate with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex data deliverables, analytic products, and visualizations to support DAFs FIAR and FM transformation
- Provide direction to project teams on data analysis methods and work product development
- Support the integration, transformation, validation, and analysis of financial and operational data from multiple sources
- Design and implement repeatable data cleansing, reconciliation, and automation processes to enhance efficiency and auditability
- Assist in developing advanced automation and analytics use cases to streamline FM workflows
- Apply OCR and related technologies to extract and structure information from document-based inputs
- Facilitate the practical use of AI/ML capabilities within operational and business contexts
- Engage directly with Government personnel to present findings and refine requirements
- Review and ensure quality of analytic outputs for accuracy and alignment with client expectations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to teamwork across technical workstreams
