Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, databases, or similar analytical support
- An active Secret Clearance, with eligibility to maintain it
- Fundamental knowledge in Python
- Experience with one or more of the following: Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Visual Basic
- Experience in creating or managing databases
- Proven ability to develop data visualizations and analytical reports
- Familiarity with data cleansing processes, scripts, and technical data analytics
- Background in supporting data analysis, reporting, and implementation of business solutions
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and implement effective data analytics deliverables tailored to various systems and programs
- Develop a strong understanding of client operations, business processes, and mission requirements, aligning analytic outputs accordingly
- Prepare and present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership

At Lynch Consultants (LC), we are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team in supporting the Department of the Air Force with their financial reporting and data analytics initiatives. Our location is in Camp Springs, MD / Joint Base Andrews, where youll work onsite five days a week.
