Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, database support, reporting, automation, or related technical/business solution delivery.
- Active Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance, with the ability to maintain eligibility.
- Proficient in data analysis and programming tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, R, Scala, Visual Basic, or similar technologies used for managing large datasets.
- Experience in creating and maintaining databases and developing data products like dashboards, visualizations, and analytic reports.
- Familiarity with modern data and automation environments, including tools like Databricks, Palantir, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to OCR, AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or the use of large language models in an operational context.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support the integration, transformation, validation, and analysis of Air Force financial and operational data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain data analytics solutions, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid FIAR and FM modernization goals.
- Create data cleansing processes, scripts, and repeatable workflows to enhance data quality and minimize manual effort.
- Assist in the development of automation use cases that connect FM data sources and streamline business operations.
- Contribute to AI and analytics-enabled solutions aimed at improving audit readiness, traceability, and decision-making support.
- Utilize OCR capabilities and related technologies to extract and structure data from documents and other non-standard inputs.
- Support the application of large language models and emerging AI/ML tools in business environments while adhering to client directions and security parameters.
- Prepare and deliver analytic findings, suggestions, and solution concepts to Government and contractor stakeholders, and collaborate across technical and functional teams to implement scalable, repeatable business solutions.
