Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 is required
- At least 5 years of practical experience with SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management implementation and support, including experience with RF (Radio Frequency) bar code scanning devices and integration
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is necessary
- Familiarity with S/4HANA is required
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management MFS (Material Flow System) is preferred; familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodology and/or ABAP debugging skills is a plus
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-site implementations is advantageous
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, including travel between Lutron facilities and to technology conferences
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and convert them into functional specifications for the SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management system
- Configure and tailor SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management modules to fulfill operational requirements
- Assist with the comprehensive implementation of SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management projects, including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live phases
- Collaborate with various teams within SAP to ensure integration runs smoothly
- Provide continuous assistance and troubleshooting for issues related to SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management
- Create and uphold documentation such as process flows, configuration manuals, and user guides
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and super-users
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements
- Keep abreast of innovations and best practices related to SAP Enterprise Warehouse Management
