Business Insights Analyst

- I will expect you to gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives. - Your role will involve designing and developing data models, dashboards, and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools to generate business insights. - You are required to conduct thorough data analysis using SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and ETL tools like Talend to extract, transform, and load data from a variety of sources, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. - Collaboration within Agile teams to plan sprints, manage project timelines, and ensure the prompt delivery of solutions in line with SDLC best practices is essential. - Support database design efforts by creating efficient schemas and maintaining data integrity across systems such as Oracle and SQL Server. - I will require you to develop documentation with Visio for process flows and system architecture diagrams. - Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes and proposing innovative solutions for enhanced efficiency is key. - You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively through presentations and detailed reports.
