Requirements
Must:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products, including remote control.
- A minimum of two years in related roles such as basic computer skills, clerical tasks, call center experience, or customer support.
- Capable of diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Must maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers at all times.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
- Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for users requiring technical support.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting using knowledge base articles, diagnostic techniques, and relevant inquiries to identify the right solution based on user-reported issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to draft or update knowledge base articles, ensuring awareness of product knowledge and any modifications to troubleshooting protocols or company policies.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism while guiding users through the resolution process.
- Document events and problems along with their resolutions, maintain logs, and provide updates on ticket statuses and information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel as needed.
- Relay customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal teams.
Description
We are seeking a proactive Help Desk Agent for a full-time remote position based in the US. This entry-level role focuses on delivering technical support to multiple clients while enhancing our commitment to excellent customer service. Our Solutions Center prioritizes efficiency and high-quality service, and you will be part of a dedicated team working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
