Requirements
Must:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and expertise.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, standards, and best coding practices.
- Proficiency in applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience with various programming languages such as C# and SQL.
- Knowledge of database management tools, including MSSQL and Oracle.
- Experience with data structuring formats like XSD, XML, and JSON.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as TFS, Git, and SVN.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Quick to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving technology.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent research, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to design, develop, code, test, debug, and support both new software and enhancements to existing software.
- Work closely with team members to create technical solutions that satisfy both business and technical demands.
- Engage in a dynamic agile environment to establish and implement effective automated tests.
- Document your work to promote transparency and facilitate reuse.
- Construct unit tests, troubleshoot integration issues, and deploy emergency fixes as required.
- Develop production-quality systems that meet target service level agreements (SLAs) for scalability, reliability, and performance in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring accountability for completing assignments and tasks while making specific commitments to deliver results.
