Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience - At least 3 years of relevant experience in the industry - Proficiency in Fanuc robot programming is a plus - Familiarity with Laser Guided Vehicle (LGV) systems is advantageous - Experience with controlling Allen-Bradley PLC/PAC systems - Knowledge of Allen-Bradley Drives is essential - Experience with pump and mixing control systems is a plus - Strong understanding of transformers, switchboards, controllers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, and related power-generation equipment - Solid grasp of AC/DC electrical theory and electronic fundamentals - Skilled at reading and interpreting schematics, one-lines, and engineering drawings - Capable of wiring, testing, and troubleshooting control panels and electrical assemblies - Knowledge of NEC regulations and a commitment to compliance - Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar electrical design software - Ability to craft detailed Descriptions of Operations and system documentation - Physical capability to sit for prolonged periods, stand, walk, navigate industrial sites, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 pounds - Vision abilities to include close-up, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustments

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain automated systems to enhance operational efficiency and product quality - Create and develop PAC control systems (Allen-Bradley) for various projects - Design automation logic, HMI functionality, and implement drive programming and system integration - Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automated systems - Provide support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks - Generate and manage project schedules and assignments - Facilitate daily tasks and coordinate activities within the project team - Interpret contract documents and project scopes for clarity and execution - Clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences - Maintain updated one-line drawings and documentation for all facilities - Drive initiatives for continuous improvement across processes and systems
