IT Support Specialist

- Promote Loziers Mission, Vision, and Core Values through effective behavior. - Manage and document tasks related to system maintenance, configuration, and security for computer equipment. - Provide fundamental support across standard office technology and manufacturing equipment with integrated computer solutions. - Ensure consistent delivery of computer solutions by adhering to installation standards, configuring operating systems, and setting up and testing networks. - Develop, review, and maintain work instructions and document processes effectively. - Assist in testing and supporting new technology initiatives and rollouts as assigned. - Address system security by responding to cyber incidents and supporting desktop encryption and patch updates. - Document Knowledge Base articles and manage asset records to maintain inventory accuracy and oversee equipment retirement. - Monitor assigned service management tool issue queues to ensure timely resolution. - Provide remote service desk coverage during weekends and holidays as necessary. - Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance in reporting to work, meetings, and completing tasks. - Collaborate and interact positively with colleagues and stakeholders.
