The program timeline includes: - Orientation (1 Week): Learn about Lowe’s policies, benefits, and business strategy; integrate with Lowe’s culture; and familiarize yourself with tech processes, systems, and operations. - Bootcamp (8 Weeks): Engage in fast-paced learning in your targeted discipline with dedicated coaching, skills assessments, and individual & group projects. - Rotations (12 Months): Experience rotations in different areas of tech with hands-on experience and meaningful work, complemented by professional development. - Final Placement: After completing the Launchpad, you will be matched with a tech team that suits your interests, allowing you to continue advancing your career and making a difference in the tech field.
