Requirements
Must:
- At least nine years of experience in troubleshooting, configuring, administering, and supporting software applications or related experience.
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field may substitute for years of experience per LCRA guidelines.
- For ELS incumbents: nine or more years of experience in a technical role in a commercial environmental laboratory or similar experience.
- A degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, environmental science, physical sciences, database administration, programming, engineering, or a relevant field may substitute up to four years of experience.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong communication skills with a capacity to tailor messaging as needed.
- Proficiency in representing and organizing documentation effectively.
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Power Platform development and administration.
Responsibilities
- Support Power BI workspaces, reports, and dashboards while staying updated on emerging trends and platform features.
- Engage in the change management lifecycle, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
- Identify organizational needs on the Power Platform, design solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders for deployment and support.
