Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in delivering help desk support via phone and email
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing solutions
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking capabilities
- Customer service focused mindset
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Network+ certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support and solutions
- Timely escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support
- Monitor, direct, and route inquiries to the appropriate resources
- Maintain customer records and compile activity reports
- Guide customers through the problem-solving process
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and provide updates to customers
- Ensure accurate documentation and resolution of tickets
- Suggest improvements or adjustments to procedures
- Continuously enhance knowledge of help desk protocols, products, and services
