Network Security Manager

- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise network security architecture across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments - Define and enforce network security standards for firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, zero-trust networking, and secure connectivity - Provide support for multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with diverse client architectures and risk profiles - Assess and implement next-generation network security technologies in line with industry best practices - Collaborate with Cloud and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure network designs for cloud-native and hybrid deployments - Oversee security measures related to cloud networking, including VPC/VNET design, routing, and peering - Manage secure connectivity options such as site-to-site VPNs, client VPNs, and private links - Ensure a consistent network security posture across various client environments - Supervise network security monitoring, detection, and response frameworks - Direct response initiatives for network-related security incidents, coordinating with SOC, IR, and infrastructure teams - Conduct thorough root-cause analyses and drive long-term remediation and control enhancements - Guide vulnerability management and remediation efforts related to network and perimeter security - Serve as a senior technical leader and subject-matter expert within the InfoSec organization - Collaborate with Security Engineering, Infrastructure & Network Engineering, Cloud & DevOps teams, and Application Security and GRC - Mentor senior engineers and contribute to developing security roadmaps and long-term strategies - Communicate complex technical risks effectively to leadership and non-technical stakeholders - Ensure that network security controls are in alignment with regulatory, compliance, and client security requirements - Assist with audits, assessments, and client security evaluations - Create documentation, standards, and procedures associated with network security operations
