Must:
We seek a candidate with a degree in information technology, computer science, legal studies, or a related field. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Experience with legal software and systems, as well as an understanding of legal processes, is advantageous. Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy regulations is also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will oversee the IT infrastructure for our firm, which includes managing hardware, software, and network systems. I will develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure we meet legal compliance standards. I will also be responsible for managing the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for staff. Providing technical support to attorneys and other staff members, troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues will be a key part of my daily activities. Furthermore, I will manage data security and privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information and collaborate with our out-sourced IT vendor to seamlessly integrate IT solutions with our processes, equipment, and workflows.
Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware across two law offices located in Downtown Minneapolis and Hudson, WI. This position is crucial for ensuring that our organization’s technology functions efficiently, mostly assisting internal employees while closely coordinating with our out-sourced IT vendor on larger projects. This is a full-time, on-site role. We offer a competitive salary range between $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, along with attractive benefits including paid parking or a bus pass, health, dental, life, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with matching, generous paid time off, and a flexible work schedule.
