Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in product development
- At least 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation
- Proven track record in launching products and scaling product portfolios
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial expertise
- Executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in global product development environments is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategy in line with market trends, customer demands, and company growth objectives
- Lead the complete product development process, from concept through launch and lifecycle management
- Foster innovation by collaborating with customers, industry experts, and cross-functional teams
- Advocate for the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to ensure that solutions provide real value
- Build and manage a high-performing Research and Development team, promoting creativity and accountability
- Establish KPIs and assess success, ensuring effective execution and ongoing improvement
- Work collaboratively across various departments, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and with external partners
