Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in designing software solutions for intricate challenges
- Experience with embedded programming in C/C++ and Python
- Proficient in Agile Scrum environments
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Understanding of embedded systems architectures with testing experience
- Skilled in integrating sophisticated software systems with stringent performance and timing requirements
- Familiarity with embedded and/or MPSoC architectures
- Demonstrated experience employing Agile methodologies in the development, integration, and testing of complex software systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building consensus and fostering relationships across Agile Development Teams
- Experience in leading initiatives for process enhancement and managing program lifecycles from inception to conclusion
Responsibilities
- Engage in the development, integration, and testing of embedded software
- Direct the architecture and in-depth design of complex systems and components
- Serve as a key member of an Agile development team, contributing to release and sprint planning, while guiding development execution
- Act as a mentor and role model for the team by leading through example
- Utilize considerable independence in deciding methodologies for tasks
- Take the initiative to learn new tools autonomously
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements
