Requirements
Must:
- Ability to design software solutions addressing intricate challenges
- Experience in embedded programming using C/C++ and Python
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills for consensus building within Agile development teams
- Comfort in navigating an Agile Scrum environment
- Possession of an active TS Security Clearance
- Familiarity with architectures of embedded systems and testing experience with them
- Ability to integrate complex software systems meeting high-performance and timing constraints
- Prior knowledge of embedded or MPSoC architectures
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies in developing, integrating, and testing complex software systems
- Background in programming with C/C++ and Python
- Experience leading process enhancement initiatives
- Familiarity with managing the program lifecycle from conception through to completion
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering strong relationships within Agile development teams
Responsibilities
- Engage in embedded software development, integration, and testing activities
- Lead the architecture and detailed design processes of complex CSCs and CSCIs
- Serve as a key member of an Agile development team, participating in Agile Release and Sprint Planning, while guiding agile execution
- Act as a role model for the team through proactive involvement
- Exercise significant autonomy in determining approaches to assignments
- Independently learn new tools and techniques
- Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes
