Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in C++ or strong object-oriented programming skills in languages such as Java or C#.
- Capability to obtain and sustain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C++ software for radar modeling, including scene modeling, signal construction, processing, and radar control components.
- Actively engage in design and code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement and elevate our product quality.
- Work closely with team leads to transform customer requirements into actionable Agile tasks, and take part in sprint planning, story breakdowns, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Validate and evaluate software modifications through regression testing to ensure that changes achieve the intended system performance.
- Analyze system-level data to build confidence before providing solutions to customers and downstream teams.
- Enhance and update legacy codebases by applying and advocating for software engineering best practices.
- Support automation, regression testing, and enhance tooling efforts.
