Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent experience and education
- 20 years of professional software engineering expertise in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Experience in software design, development, testing, and debugging, particularly with Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and scripting languages like Perl, Python, and Bash
- Familiarity with distributed scale Big Data storage solutions (e.g., Accumulo), Map/Reduce programming models (e.g., Hadoop), and data serialization formats (e.g., JSON)
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop sophisticated data analytics solutions and agile development initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and direction on data analytics and agile projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish mission objectives
- Participate in quality assurance processes including DAT, UAT/SME validation, smoke tests, and system-level testing before product deployment
