Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience designing and developing tools, frameworks, and automation integrated with GitLab, cloud environments, DevSecOps, or CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated expertise in containerizing applications (such as Docker, Podman) and deploying them to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments using infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Helm)
- Strong ability to create high-quality documentation (such as design specifications, runbooks, and API guides)
- Experience in developing microservices, preferably using Python
- Background in building AI agents using relevant frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph)
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Knowledge of AI security or adversarial machine learning principles
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with various AI Red Teams to design, architect, and develop adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF/EW systems, converting cutting-edge research into production-ready code
- Create a modular and flexible red-teaming framework that allows for consistent, user-driven evaluations
- Develop user-facing interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) and documentation to enable internal and prospective third-party users to perform red team activities with minimal expertise
- Integrate open-source, commercial, and internal solutions into a unified platform while managing packaging, version control, releases, dependencies, and ongoing maintenance
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps) incorporating automated testing, security scans, and deployment in cloud and containerized/VM environments
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) personnel for managing virtualized and cloud-based Linux environments, focusing on configuration, orchestration, DISA STIG compliance, and lifecycle support
- Implement observability measures (structured logging, metrics, dashboards) utilizing tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to ensure complete traceability for debugging, performance evaluations, reliability, and auditing
- Develop GPU-enabled software workloads (including NVIDIA drivers and CUDA) and continuously enhance performance and stability
- Advocate for secure development practices by incorporating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps principles throughout the software lifecycle
- Oversee development and deployment efforts across classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) environments to guarantee secure and reliable operations

This hybrid role will predominantly be remote, but occasional on-site work is required, so proximity to major Lockheed Martin locations such as Moorestown, NJ, Dallas, TX, or Orlando, FL is necessary.
