Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in modern MLOps pipeline procedures such as labeling, model export, deployment, and monitoring
- Familiarity with DevOps tools including Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment
- Expertise in Python and various libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas)
- Ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance
- Strong working knowledge of radar systems engineering, signal processing, and AI/ML
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Capability to work effectively in team settings and collaborate with diverse teams
- Understanding of machine learning operations and experience with ongoing product maintenance
- US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Responsibilities
- Overseeing monitoring and upkeep of deployed AI functionalities while developing additional capabilities for ML monitoring and updates
- Evaluating customer data and analyzing ML model performance to pinpoint improvement areas
- Enhancing and refining ML models in response to changing operational needs
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to swiftly evolve and enhance solutions
- Ensuring ongoing maintenance of products in the field utilizing machine learning operations methodologies
