Requirements

Must:
- Hands-on engineering background in creating tools, frameworks, and automation integrated with GitLab, cloud technologies, DevSecOps, or CI/CD pipelines - Proven experience in containerizing applications (e.g., Docker, Podman) and deploying them within scalable Kubernetes/OpenShift environments using infrastructure-as-code (like Ansible, Helm) - Ability to produce high-quality documentation (design specifications, runbooks, API guides) - Demonstrated experience in developing microservices, preferably in Python - Experience in constructing AI agents using frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph) - Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow) - Familiarity with AI security concepts or adversarial machine learning

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multiple AI Red Teams to design, build, and implement adversarial AI functionalities for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF/EW systems, turning cutting-edge research into production-ready code - Create and develop a modular, scalable red-teaming framework that allows for repeatable, user-driven evaluations - Design user-focused interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) along with documentation to facilitate internal and future third-party users in conducting red team activities with minimal expertise - Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source solutions into a unified platform, managing packaging, versioning, release processes, dependencies, and ongoing maintenance - Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) that include automated testing, security scans, and deployment to cloud or containerized/VM-based environments - Coordinate with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) stakeholders for virtualized, containerized, and cloud-centric Linux environments, including configuration, orchestration, DISA STIG compliance, and lifecycle upkeep - Implement observability using structured logging, metrics, and dashboards through tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring full traceability for debugging, performance assessment, operational reliability, and audits - Develop GPU-enabled software works (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtimes) and continually refine performance and stability - Advocate for secure development principles—incorporating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps controls throughout the software lifecycle - Collaborate on development and deployment tasks across classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) settings while maintaining secure and trustworthy operations
