Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in training and analysis stages in a modern MLOps pipeline, including labeling, explainability, model export, and monitoring
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), CI, and CD
- Skilled in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, etc.)
- Ability to secure a Secret government security clearance
- Strong background in radar systems engineering, signal processing, and AI
- Excellent self-motivation, work ethic, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Understanding of machine learning operations and continuous maintenance of deployed products
- US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the monitoring and upkeep of current AI capabilities and developing new features to improve ML monitoring
- Analyzing customer data and evaluating ML model performance for enhancement opportunities
- Creating and updating ML models to meet changing operational needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to rapidly devise and refine solutions
- Ensuring ongoing maintenance of deployed products using machine learning operations frameworks
