Requirements

Must:
- Proven hands-on engineering expertise in the development of tools, frameworks, and automation connected with GitLab, cloud environments, DevSecOps, or CI/CD pipelines. - Significant experience in containerizing applications (e.g., Docker, Podman) and deploying them within scaled Kubernetes/OpenShift environments through infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Ansible, Helm). - Strong capability to produce thorough documentation (design specifications, runbooks, API manuals). - Proficient in creating microservices, preferably using Python. - Experience in developing AI agents utilizing various frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph). - Familiar with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). - Knowledge of AI security or adversarial machine learning principles.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate extensively with multiple AI Red Teams to design, architect, and implement adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents and computer vision systems, transforming cutting-edge research into production-ready code. - Create a modular and extensible red teaming framework that facilitates repeatable, user-directed evaluations. - Design user-centric interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) alongside documentation to empower internal and future external users to conduct red team operations with minimal expertise. - Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source solutions into a unified platform while managing packaging, versioning, release processes, and ongoing maintenance. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) featuring automated testing, security assessments, and deployment in cloud and containerized/VM environments. - Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) teams regarding virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based Linux systems, encompassing configuration, orchestration, DISA STIG compliance, and lifecycle upkeep. - Establish observability mechanisms (structured logging, metrics, dashboards) utilizing Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, LangFuse, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring full traceability for debugging, performance evaluation, operational reliability, and audit. - Develop software workloads optimized for GPUs (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtimes) and continuously enhance performance and stability. - Advocate for secure development methodologies by integrating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps controls throughout the software development lifecycle. - Oversee development and deployment activities spanning classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) settings while ensuring secure and dependable operations.
