Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or an equivalent blend of education and experience, supplemented by 9 years of professional work experience; or 7 years with a related Master’s degree. Candidates will be considered emerging authorities in the field.
- I must emphasize that applicants need to be U.S. Citizens; this role mandates a government security clearance, as it is situated in a facility requiring special access.
- Applicants should have proficiency in AI/ML domains, including programming languages (such as Python), models, frameworks, and associated tools.
- Experience in analyzing domain-specific issues and designing AI solutions is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will have you collaborating with knowledgeable software engineers, AI specialists, and data scientists to implement engineering best practices, full-stack design patterns, and secure software and AI methodologies within the Rogue Blue Software (RBS) environment, which is part of the Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network (ISPAN) Mission Planning and Application System (MPAS).
Your tasks will encompass software development, design, and technical leadership specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems, model development, data science and analytics, while also engaging with systems engineers, architects, scrum masters, product owners, and end-users to deliver mission capabilities for the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM).
