Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues for users or internal engineering systems
- Experienced in creating technical documentation, tutorials, or enablement content and conveying AI/ML concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with collaborating across different teams on product/platform initiatives
- Must be a US citizen
Responsibilities
- Assist users of varying experience levels as they learn and adopt the AI Factory platforms
- Conduct debugging and perform root cause analysis for reported issues and outages
- Enhance and refine product documentation and best practice examples
- Oversee platform administrative functions
- Communicate platform outages and new feature announcements to users
- Beta test new product features and collaborate with the Platform Development team to design features that reflect user needs and preferences
- Continuously update our workflows by integrating new AI technologies to improve processes and develop content
- Collaborate with the AI Training Team to showcase new product features to early-adopter groups and create AI-upskilling resources for the company
