Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting Agile teams and dependencies in a large organization utilizing SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Nexus, or similar scaled Agile frameworks
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Agile Central (Rally), or Agility (VersionOne), preferably as an Administrator or Super User
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Familiarity with large-scale missile or space systems, including knowledge of products, designs, program processes, and subcontractor teams
- Strong leadership skills to guide multi-functional teams in achieving common objectives
- Experience in driving continuous improvement across diverse stakeholder groups
- Capable of sharing knowledge and leveraging experience to mentor leaders and Agile teams
- In-depth understanding of scaling principles, frameworks, and patterns through coaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities coupled with knowledge of servant leadership and conflict resolution strategies
- Industry-recognized Agile certification (Scaled Agile, Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., or Scrum Alliance)
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or tracking Earned Value for Agile programs
- Familiarity with System Lifecycle processes and Engineering reviews
- Knowledge of DoD Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Agile methodologies
- Skills in planning, estimating, and tracking Agile team performance and throughput
- Experience in developing business cases and measuring related outcomes
- Background in collaborating with and coaching senior leadership in organizations
- Space segment design and testing experience in relevant subsystems
- Comprehensive understanding of Systems Engineering lifecycle processes and tools
- Proficient in proposal preparation and negotiations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Technical stakeholders of the Agile Release Train (ART) to manage and enhance the flow of value
- Act as the main facilitator for ART-level events and processes, including Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap crafting, Backlog management, Program Increment (PI) Planning, Product Owner synchronization, Scrum of Scrums, PI Review, Demonstrations, Retrospectives, and Inspect and Adapt Workshops
- Ensure clear definitions at the Epic and Feature levels, including Descriptions, Acceptance Criteria, and Business Value statements
- Monitor the progress of work against customer delivery milestones and product outcomes
- Serve as the primary Agile coach within the ART, collaborating with business owners, stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Kanban leads, and team members to align processes with Agile/DevSecOps principles
- Oversee planning and tracking of Feature implementation, managing dependencies, risks, escalations, resource prioritization, and alignment with Earned Value Management (EVM) frameworks
- Establish and monitor key ART-level metrics alongside EVM, communicating these metrics to relevant team members and stakeholders
- Promote teamwork and collaboration among teams and System/Solution Architects/Engineering
- Partner with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure program execution and alignment
- Enhance value flow through Value Streams by refining and assessing DevSecOps practices and Release on Demand processes within the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Facilitate Regular System Demonstrations to showcase the achievement of Acceptance Criteria and promote Features to Stakeholders
- Evaluate the ARTs agility level and drive improvements, including refresher training and skill development aligned with Lockheed Martin training resources
