Red Team Engineer - Cybersecurity Specialist

- Work collaboratively with various AI Red Teams to design, architect, and deploy adversarial AI capabilities for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF/EW systems, converting leading-edge research into operational code - Create a modular, flexible red-teaming framework that allows for repeatable evaluations by users - Develop user-oriented interfaces and workflows (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) and documentation to assist internal and prospective third-party users in conducting red team activities with limited subject matter expertise - Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source solutions into a unified platform, managing packaging, versioning, releases, dependencies, and ongoing maintenance - Establish and uphold CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) with automated testing, security assessments, and deployment to cloud, containerized, and virtual machine setups - Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) stakeholders for Linux environments that are virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based, including compliance with DISA STIG, configuration, orchestration, and maintenance throughout the lifecycle - Implement observability through structured logging, metrics, and dashboards using tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, LangFuse, and OpenTelemetry, ensuring complete traceability for debugging, performance evaluation, operational reliability, and auditing - Design GPU-optimized software tasks (including NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtimes) while continually enhancing performance and stability - Advocate for secure development practices by incorporating threat modeling, code reviews, and DevSecOps controls throughout the software development lifecycle - Oversee development and deployment processes in both classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) settings, ensuring secure and dependable operations
