Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Profound expertise in radar systems engineering, signal processing, software, DevSecOps, data science, and machine learning
- Proficient in the steps of a modern MLOps pipeline, including model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Experienced with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD)
- Skilled in Python with familiarity in libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas
- Capable of obtaining a Secret government security clearance
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Excellent time management, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite at our Moorestown facility between 50% and full-time
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the monitoring and upkeep of deployed AI capabilities and creating new functions to boost ML monitoring for systems in use
- Evaluating customer data and measuring ML model effectiveness to pinpoint improvements
- Crafting and refining ML models to meet changing operational needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for rapid solution development
- Ensuring consistent maintenance of existing products leveraging machine learning operational standards
