Requirements
Must:
- You must hold a Top Secret security clearance.
- You should have experience developing full-stack software using Object-Oriented Programming.
- We seek proficiency in modern DevSecOps tools and practices, including Gitlab CI/CD.
- You need to demonstrate your ability to create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Experience with the Linux operating system, including basic system administration (emphasis on RHEL), is essential.
- A willingness and capability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies and domains in a fast-paced, Agile development environment is required.
Responsibilities
- As our Senior Software Engineer for Warfighter Solutions, you will tackle some of the world's most critical and intricate challenges, offering solutions to a range of technical problems.
- You will assist in providing tactical-based solutions that focus on software-defined radio, digital signal processing, constellation simulation, and command and control software to meet our customers' evolving needs.
- Integration of both open and modular hardware and software components in the realm of Radio Frequency (RF) systems will be part of your tasks.
- You will develop the software necessary to support integration and control of waveform processing applications.
- Supporting Integration & Test (I&T), you will troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and integration challenges.
- Collaboratively working with system engineers, you will ensure software development aligns with the overall system architecture and requirements while maintaining comprehensive and effective testing and validation processes.
- You will support our current software architecture, which includes C++, Linux scripting, and Qt GUI development while utilizing git for configuration management.
- Engaging in daily scrum and other weekly Agile meetings will be part of your routine.
- You will work closely with the Product Owner, Software Architect, and Chief Engineer to support customer design reviews and various milestone events.
