Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficient in training and analysis steps within a modern MLOps pipeline, including labeling, model export, and monitoring
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker and Git
- Skilled in Python and various libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas)
- Eligible to obtain a Secret government security clearance
- Strong working knowledge of radar systems engineering, signal processing, and machine learning
- Excellent self-motivation, teamwork, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to and fulfill evolving operational requirements
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of AI capabilities in the field
- Analyzing user data to evaluate ML model effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
- Developing and refining ML models to meet changing operational needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to efficiently iterate on solutions
- Ensuring continuous upkeep of deployed products utilizing machine learning operations methodologies
