Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering software solutions for enterprise or market implementation.
- Practical engineering proficiency in creating tools, frameworks, and automation linked with GitLab, cloud environments, DevSecOps, or CI/CD processes.
- Demonstrated capability in containerizing applications (e.g., Docker, Podman) and deploying them to scaled Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms utilizing infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Helm).
- Strong ability to produce high-quality documentation, including design specifications, operational manuals, and API reference guides.
- Experience in developing microservices, preferably using Python.
- Knowledge of AI security or adversarial machine learning principles.
Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with various AI Red Teams to design, architect, and deploy adversarial AI functionalities for autonomous agents, computer vision systems, and RF and EW systems, turning state-of-the-art research into production-ready applications.
- Oversee the design, development, and operationalization of enterprise-scale tools focusing on evaluation, automation, and CI/CD integration.
- Direct and manage a small team, focusing on task, project, and personnel management to meet the teams overarching goals.
- Create and construct a modular, expandable red-teaming framework that allows for repeatable, user-centered evaluations.
- Design user-centric interfaces and processes (CLI, web UI, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) along with documentation to facilitate red team activities for internal and future third-party users with minimal expertise.
- Integrate open-source, commercial, and inner-source tools into a unified platform, handling aspects such as packaging, version control, release processes, dependency management, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar) featuring automated testing, security assessments, and deployments to cloud and containerized/VM environments.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) stakeholders for virtualized, containerized, and cloud-based Linux settings, focusing on configuration, orchestration, DISA STIG compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Implement observability measures (structured logging, metrics, dashboards) utilizing tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and LangFuse, ensuring thorough traceability for debugging, performance assessments, operational dependability, and auditing.
- Create GPU-enabled software workloads (involving NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, container runtimes) while continuously optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Advocate for secure development methodologies—embedding threat modeling, code evaluations, and DevSecOps provisions throughout the software lifecycle.
- Coordinate development and deployment efforts across classified (on-site) and unclassified (remote) settings, ensuring secure and dependable operations.
