Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a team leader or in technical leadership/management roles in Electronic Warfare (EW)/Radar, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Integration & Test
- Knowledge of modern DevSecOps and Digital Transformation concepts
- Strong business acumen and capability to influence management
- Comprehensive experience in leading and executing multi-discipline engineering teams
- Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Active TS/SCI clearance is a plus
- Expertise in the design, implementation, or integration of EW or radar systems
- Familiarity with managing fast-paced, Agile development teams
- Background in complex technical systems/programs management
- Proficiency in one or more related technologies: Electronic Warfare algorithms, DevSecOps tools like GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, DOORS, MATLAB, Rhapsody, Cameo, Jenkins, Robot Framework
- Experience in Proposal Development, Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM), Basis of Estimate (BOE) Development
- Knowledge in Earned Value Management (EVM) practices
Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation for total systems
- Oversee subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluations, work assignments, and recognition or disciplinary actions
- Coordinate the functional, programmatic, and technical execution of supported programs
- Manage and collaborate with multiple agile development teams and engage with functional and program leadership regularly
- Advocate for and implement digital transformation practices in collaboration with development teams
- Maintain a dual role of technical programmatic responsibilities along with First Line Manager duties
