Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a relevant technical or instructional field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to others (briefings, mentoring, training, etc.)
- Familiarity with networking principles (e.g., routing, switching, network architecture)
- Experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure
- Experience with military, aerospace, or defense systems is a plus
- Advanced skills in managing Linux/UNIX and Windows environments
- Background in instructional design or curriculum creation preferred
- Proven expertise in network installation, configuration, and ongoing management
- Experience in developing structured training materials or courseware
- Active CompTIA Certification is desirable
- Strong technical background with an interest in teaching is encouraged
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain technical training resources for networking equipment, software, and SA/IT systems
- Convert system documentation, engineering specifications, and requirements into straightforward, actionable training materials
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions for engineers, operators, and maintainers
- Create multimedia courseware, including presentations, guides, and practical exercises
