Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Familiarity with board bring-up and testing techniques
- Experience in integrating and testing boards within larger systems
- Proficient in utilizing test equipment
- Ability to create and document test plans, procedures, and travelers

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Responsibilities
- Grasp the timelines and specifications for all projects in the division
- Familiarize yourself with system and subsystem designs across projects
- Collaborate with Functional Managers in related technical fields
- Participate in design review sessions
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to conduct tests on complex systems
- Oversee planning and execution of all test plans, fixtures, cables, software, and hardware
- Allocate test engineering resources across various division projects and evaluate future resource needs
- Partake in project-level reviews covering schedules, staffing, and budgets, as well as division-level manpower planning meetings
- Coordinate with program managers to address resource requirements and resolve staffing conflicts
- Collaborate with talent acquisition experts to fulfill project staffing needs
- Anticipate staff training and technology advancement
- Supervise the team, approving timesheets, conducting performance reviews, recognizing staff contributions, and implementing improvement plans as necessary
- Mentor staff to enhance their technical skills and domain knowledge
- Recommend modeling/design tools, equipment purchases, and licensing options
- Engage in the development and refinement of engineering processes and support quality audits
