Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in C++ or a similar object-oriented programming language, Matlab, and various scripting languages.
- Proven experience in two or more areas such as systems engineering, software and systems analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and testing.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Strong background in mathematics, particularly linear algebra, statistical analysis, and signal processing.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to create innovative radar solutions.
- Conduct functional analysis, requirements allocation, and interface definition to convert customer needs into software specifications for radar systems.
- Develop models and detailed simulations to evaluate system performance.
- Oversee system verification and support certification processes.
- Act as a representative for the organization on contracts and engage with internal and external customers, government lab partners, program leaders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on significant technical issues.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages.
