Systems engineer - ordnance architect

- Experience or knowledge in Missile Ordnance Development and Design, including safety requirements for ordnance and missiles - Familiarity with electrical and electronic systems for safe, arm, and ignition operations - Background in Ordnance Systems Engineering or Architecture related to separation, ignition, and safety devices - Experience collaborating with government ignition safety review boards - Proven track record in Systems Engineering or Systems Architecture for missile development - Proficiency in systems engineering tools like Cameo, Rhapsody, or DOORS - Active or Current Secret Security Clearance - Preferred experience with Missile Defense Systems - Demonstrated ability in multiple Systems Engineering functions such as leading trade studies, system modeling, and architecture development - Masters Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, INCOSE Certification, or an appropriate Graduate Certificate - Strong systems thinking capabilities to address complex challenges - Excellent collaborative, communication, and presentation skills - Proficient written and verbal communication with the ability to foster consensus among team members and stakeholders - Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance
