Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with agile development processes such as Git, Jira, and Subversion
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau and/or Power BI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and/or Java
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex systems and identifying areas for enhancement
- Understanding of cloud technologies and containerization with Docker (preferred)
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
- Knowledge of digital thread and MBSE concepts and tools (EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Simulink, etc.) (preferred)
- Experience in natural language processing and computer vision (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the breakdown of requirements and design implementation utilizing digital thread tools and solutions to optimize design processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine sustainment needs and create effective solutions
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies pertinent to sustainment digital tools and engineering solutions
- Offer architectural and technical guidance to teams of systems engineers and software developers focused on sustainment solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to define and prioritize sustainment needs and construct business cases for digital tool and engineering solution investments
- Foster relationships with external partners and suppliers to harness emerging technologies and best practices
- Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in sustainment digital tools and engineering solutions to enhance Lockheed Martins capabilities
