Requirements
Must:
- Practical experience with mechanical and/or electrical testing of subsystems or vehicle systems
- Proficiency in drafting and/or executing test procedures within an Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) or production setting
- Experience in presenting findings to leadership or stakeholders
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities
- Assist in the integration and testing of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems to confirm full operational capability
- Oversee readiness and coordinate daily test operations across various teams, including both internal and external partners
- Perform or support certified testing protocols, ensuring accurate execution from initial assembly to final manufacturing
- Create and adhere to testing procedure flows at the production facility
- Arrange necessary equipment and software support for integration and testing activities
- Evaluate test outcomes and compile reports to ensure system performance is verified and validated
- Record any discrepancies and aid in regression testing of software, components, and subsystems
