Systems Integration Engineer - IT Solutions

- An active Secret or higher security clearance - Willingness to work onsite in Littleton, CO - Experience with System trade studies and/or System modeling - Familiarity with Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development - Background in System Integration, Testing, and/or Verification - Understanding of Test planning and execution, including interdependencies - Experience with Design reviews - Knowledge of integration, design, testing, or analysis of Electrical, Mechanical, or Software products/subsystems - Proven ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries - Capability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance - Degree in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with certifications preferred - Familiarity with Agile methodology (e.g., JIRA) and digital transformation experience - Understanding of spacecraft/missile architecture, development, and systems integration - Strong systems thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Experience ensuring compatibility of hardware/software during the program lifecycle - Proven judgment in balancing technical requirements with schedules and budgets - Experience in budget proposal development and project tracking - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with varied roles - Prior involvement in major milestone reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR) - Experience with customer-led working groups and multiple contractors - Proficiency in MBSE tools such as DOORS and Cameo
