Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or 7 years of experience with a related Masters degree.
- Proven experience in team leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability in directing hardware design efforts, including requirements derivation through product integration.
- Hands-on experience with advanced processing systems, encompassing hardware, software, and firmware components.
- Proficiency in collaborating with all engineering disciplines and program personnel, participating in cross-functional product development.
- Capability to obtain and maintain security clearance at the Secret level.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives and provide technical direction to engineering teams, overseeing requirements derivation through product integration for hardware, software, and firmware solutions.
- Support adherence to organizational processes, specifically in Systems Engineering and Hardware Development Process Implementation.
- Ensure technical integrity and completeness of project deliverables, while meeting budget and timeline objectives.
- Manage customer interactions and coordinate efforts with various stakeholders.
- Utilize Digital Transformation tools to improve development workflows.
