Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in Project Management or Project Engineering.
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation).
- Familiarity with simulation systems.
- Proven team leadership capabilities.
- Technical degree is preferred.
- Experience as a Control Account Manager.
- CAM Certification or PMI/PMP Certification is desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) with relevant tools.
- Understanding of the F-35 Mission Systems domain.
- Background in Advanced Development Programs.
- Experience in estimating technical development tasks.
- Familiarity with LM capital and IT management processes.
- Previous experience in Risk and Opportunity Management development and tracking.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project operations and activities.
- Identify risks and leverage opportunities effectively.
- Report project progress to all leadership levels clearly.
- Exhibit expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) proficiently.
