Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant experience in the field.
- Active SECRET security clearance with a background check within the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical integration of subsystem development processes.
- Coordinate schedules and manage risks throughout engineering activities.
- Ensure engineering outputs align with cost, schedule, and performance benchmarks, in compliance with DoD and Lockheed Martin standards.
- Facilitate collaboration among various engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain intricate technical timelines and track project progress.
- Identify potential technical risks and create plans to mitigate them while keeping program leadership informed.
- Provide necessary technical data for Earned Value Management System, monitor budget performance, and aid in budget forecasting.
- Collaborate with test engineers to formulate verification plans, evaluate test results, and resolve verification issues.
- Create and present technical briefings, status updates, and presentations.
- Enhance business operations through the development of tools and capabilities that support project and product advancements.
