Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with testing and troubleshooting integrated systems
- Strong written communication skills
- Active Secret clearance required and ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Experience in creating and implementing test plans
- Knowledge of model-based systems engineering concepts
- Capacity to comprehend extensive technical details and develop logical solutions on a strict timeline
- Ability to collaborate with hardware and software developers to meet mission criteria
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong presentation capabilities
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and capable of fulfilling various roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and a talent for building consensus within teams
- Demonstrated systems thinking skills and an ability to apply these to problem-solving and facilitating constructive change
- Active Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on integration and testing of the complete mission processing software to ensure pre-launch readiness and verify system integrity during orbit
- Validate pre-launch testing during early on-orbit assessments and generate test products and reports for developmental and operational evaluations to facilitate the operational acceptance of each satellite
- Provide integration and performance updates to program and customer leadership
- Execute mission/program-specific real-time spacecraft/satellite operations during various phases of readiness, execution, and evaluation
- Develop detailed plans and procedures to maximize mission support in areas like mission tasking, performance analysis, and reliability of on-orbit satellites
- Utilize system software to execute all mission processing activities and suggest enhancements
- Analyze and evaluate software performance effectiveness.
