Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in systems engineering, including system architecture, design, and documentation
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering documents such as Interface Control Documents, electrical schematics, CAD models, and assembly drawings
- Background in test procedures, test reports, or acceptance testing
- Possession of an active or current Secret security clearance
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical or networking test challenges
- Familiarity with designing, building, or utilizing Electronic Ground Support Equipment
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic technical environment
- Strong electrical aptitude
- Understanding of telemetry data streams
- Skilled in Python or MATLAB scripting
- Familiarity with Automation Framework or other Lockheed Martin testing processes or tools
- Experience in roles such as electrical integrator, Certified Test Conductor, Responsible Systems Engineer, or Certified Product Engineer
Responsibilities
- Engage with a Flight Systems engineering team focusing on All Up Round missile configurations
- Grasp vehicle configurations and system architecture, and lead requirements development and verification initiatives
- Collaborate and communicate across multiple organizational teams to deliver an integrated Weapon System and Flight System test solution
- Define acceptance test criteria, derive test requirements, and establish testing frameworks
- Support testing efforts on-site at Deer Creek Lab and at production facilities in Alabama
- Initiate continuous improvements in processes and designs by applying corrective actions and driving changes through the Engineering Review Board and Change Control Board
